Our Story
Established in Montreal in 1990, Fred David set out on a mission to deliver quality fashion solutions to the market at an exceptional value. Building its reputation as a key volume supplier of women’s woven blouses to the mass market, Fred David quickly became a force in private label.
Over time, Fred David expanded their distribution network to include off-price and specialty stores and grew its product capabilities into categories such as knits, sweaters, dresses, bottoms, jackets, beachwear, plus size, petite, and more. In 2017, Fred David launched its men’s and accessories division, growing their product assortment once again. Fred David’s long list of in-house brands can be found at most major retailers in North and Central America.
